Terms and Conditions

Should you wish to cancel your service this can be done at anytime either by:

Recurring bookings will have a 7 day from service/invoice term of payment.

Accounts not paid within the 7 day terms risk having services cancelled/ postponed.

Accounts outstanding 14 days after service/invoice without communication of payment plan from customer will incur a $10.00 or 2% administration fee, whichever is the greater.

Aura Pool Shop reserve the right to cancel services at anytime.

Aura Pool Shop reserve the right to change service pricing at anytime with 7 days notice sent via email.

All products remain the property of Aura Pool Shop until accounts are paid in full.
